Inner Struggle vs Inner Healing

Women face countless struggles, but when these involve abuse, trauma, or experiences that shake their confidence, the scars are deep, and the memories linger. Like pieces of a puzzle, revisiting the past can make the pain sharper and more vivid.
To cope, women often seek relief in different ways, immersing themselves in work, searching for validation in relationships, or, in some cases, turning to harmful habits.
These experiences can leave lasting emotional scars, self-doubt, fear, or resentment that hold women back from embracing their true potential.
The first step toward inner healing is reaching out for help.
That’s why on Sunday, 8th March, the Universal Church of Fiji is hosting a special service: Inner Healing For Women.
A time in the service dedicated to praying for the women of our nation and receiving guidance on building healthy relationships, overcoming trauma, and embracing self-worth.
Whether you or someone you know has suffered abuse, struggles with confidence, or carries the weight of past pain, the Universal Church is here to support you.
While the past cannot be changed, you can find strength and hope in the present.
